Came in with a small crack that went in multiple directions, in the bottom passenger corner of my windshield. Progressive wanted me to go to safelite and get a full replacement windshield for $430+, they would not pay a dime. Jody was able speak to progressive for me, get them to pay part of the cost of repair, and I only ended up with $30 out of pocket. A HUGE deal with a new baby on the way in 9 weeks! Best part is that the repair comes with a warranty and I can’t even see the crack anymore! Will certainly send plenty of clients their way. So thankful for their expertise and kindness.

I cannot believe how amazing this business is. It wasn't until I actually got my windshield repaired through a recommendation from a coworker that I truly believed it. The process was simple and straightforward, and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. I really appreciate Jody's knowledge and ease of the whole process. You gotta go to Jody's! The short is I had to repair two vehicles with Jody's days apart. Found them in a Google search. Wife called up, told us to bring it on by while on the phone with them. Fixed in about 30 minutes. Fraction of the cost of leading competitor (they estimated about three times more without even seeing the damage!). Went home and discovered next day my son caught a rock chip in our other vehicle (teenager so you can guess whether he communicated it, smh). Anywho, two days later I'm back at Jody's! Beautiful work once again. Hard to tell it was ever damaged! They are now my go to for any windshield fixes. Hopefully, I won't need any for quite a while, but with two teenagers...

I had an emergency repair where a rock damaged the windshield of my Porsche 911. I called Jody, she got me in within the hour ensuring the damage was repaired before it spread. The devastation caused by the rock was immediately removed when Dale and Jody simply made the crack disappear! My highest praise for this highly professional and friendly team!!!

Best place ever. Second time using Jody’s. Very knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming... I could go on and on. They are honest with what can and can’t be fixed. Hope I never see. So I personally did not come here to get my windshield fixed but my sister did and they did an awesome job on her car. I recommended it to her based on other reviews and instead of getting her windshield replaced, she took the chance to get it repaired and has not regretted it. If I ever need my windshield fixed I'm coming here. Would give more stars if possible

Stop me if you've heard this one, I'm driving down 264 and all of the sudden a rock flies into my windshield and causes a big ole star shaped chip. I had heard of Jody's from a friend and new of their high rating on Yelp. I was skeptical but decided to give it a shot. Worst case scenario it doesn't work and my dad has to help me replace my windshield. We called her up and she had us come right over. Jody and Dale are the sweetest couple. It was more like visiting Grandma and Grandpa not getting my windshield repaired. They work out of their garage, which has an eclectic collection of toys and other odds and ends. Dale got to work, right away, while Jody walked us through the process of calling our insurance company. We chatted away, my toddler played with their friendly little dog, and before I knew it we were done. You can still see part of the chip on the inside but it's not visible from the outside. Dale assured us that they offer a lifetime guarantee. Should the chip start to come through or anything else, we can bring our truck back and they'll fix it free of charge. We passed inspection with no problems and it only cost us $10 out of pocket, USAA covered the other $60. Easy peasy and it saved us hundreds! They're number one on Yelp for a reason!

My frustration with an ugly crack ruining my windshield ended today! Thanks to the professional services rendered to me, from Jody's Windshield Repair. From the moment I came in contact with her, I knew my windshield was gonna be taken care of properly. As she explained how friagle a crack can be on a windshield. That the sooner the windshield is doctored on, the better. Good information for future incidents, I hope I do not encounter! After fixing the ugly crack, and checking the satisfactory of her work with me, I was happy! After paying her, she shared tips for aftercare of my windshield. She is a very beautiful soul. She has a cute lil smart white dog, so adorable. And while I was there in walks a three legged cat, yes a three legged cat; equally as adorable. I hope your windshield stays as beautiful as the first time you looked out of it. BUT if you ever should need help with your windshield, be smart! Seek out this professional lady, and keep your original insulated windshield seal. This is the best possible outcome! Allow Jody to repair your windshield, instead of big bucks to replace! Her prices are unbelievably low. And she works with the insurance company on your behalf. Yes I was so impressed, I took the time to write this long review! I do not want no one to miss out!

This place is amazing with excellent fast service. The garage they worked out of was very welcomeing and so cute. I had a crack from one side of my windshield to the other and now I can’t even see it! They explained how it works and what they were doing while they did it and she also did all the insurance paper work for me. Very happy with the results not to mention it only cost me 40$!!!!

Already referred someone to them and definitely have me as a customer next time my windshield needs any work. Thank you so much!

Jody and Dale are great folks, very friendly. Fast and quality work! 

Had an old crack going from the left side almost all the way to the other side. 

They were able to repair the crack and the points of impact but due to the crack being a few years old, it was full of dirt and repairing the crack won't "disappear" due to the dirt in the crack.

A GENUINE FAMILY BUSINESS THRIVING OFF OF THEIR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I recommend 110%

What would have been $350 to replace (didn't need replacing but my insurance insisted) I had a dent the size of a thumbnail, and was very pleased with repairing price.

Call to make an appointment, they accept cash and check (NO CREDIT CARDS)

Dale repaired my window. He was friendly, professional and his work was amazing! I couldn't be happier!

Oh they also have a sweet Dog and Cats, so you know they are great people! :)
